How long can my parcels stay in the warehouse for free?
All members get 90 Days Free Warehouse Storage in Delhi and Guangzhou. After 90 days, an overstay penalty fee of ৳50/day will be calculated automatically.
What is Parcel Consolidation?
Consolidation allows you to merge multiple parcels (e.g. 4 different purchases from Flipkart and Myntra) into a single compact shipping box to minimize volumetric weight and cut shipping costs up to 70%.
How does the "Buy For Me" service handle price increases?
If an item price increases on the merchant site at the time of purchase, our sourcing team issues a Re-Invoice Request to your dashboard. You can accept the revised bill or cancel the request for a full refund.
